THUS FAR!
It is gratifying to note that after sustained efforts by the office bearers of the Association we are successful in getting an order No. BF/100/2014-15 dated 24/07/2015 issued by the DG and IG of Police Karnataka State to provide police canteen facility to the retired police officers/personnel.
As per this order a retired police officer/personnel can obtain the police canteen facility in all the districts/units across states.
It is also gratifying to note that with sustained efforts we are able to convince the Government of Karnataka and successful in obtaining Government Order on 19/07/2017 for implementation of “Health Scheme” to the retired police personnel of Karnataka State.
Several members and their spouses have availed this facilities and this scheme has been very successful.
